Hayes & Stolz Continuous Blenders are custom built to meet the most demanding blending applications.
Hayes & Stolz manufactures an extensive line of low, medium, and high intensity continuous blenders to fit an almost endless variety of blending requirements. ● Paddle blenders are available with either bolted adjustable paddles or fixed welded paddles. The bolted paddle arrangement can be easily adjusted to
increase or decrease retention time and blending intensity.
● Blenders are available for testing of specific products and/or applications. Tests can be conducted at the
Hayes & Stolz test lab or a blender can be shipped to the customer’s facility. Contact Hayes & Stolz for more information. |

Hayes & Stolz ‘SA’ Single Shaft Paddle Blenders – U – Trough Housing Design |
Hayes & Stolz Single Shaft Paddle Blenders provide thorough and efficient blending characteristics.
The single row of mixing paddles is easily adjusted to control intensity of mixing action. This blender will blend dry ingredients and can be equipped with liquid manifolds for adding various liquids to dry ingredients.

Hayes & Stolz ‘DA’ Dual Shaft Paddle Blenders – U – Trough Housing Design |
The highly efficient Hayes & Stolz Dual Shaft Paddle Blenders apply liquids to both light and heavy material at a pre-selected rate. Counter -rotating paddles effectively mix both dry and wet ingredients and reduce damage to friable materials. This mixer is also excellent for continuous mixing of wholly dry ingredients.
Using slow speeds and tandem mixing, up to 50% liquid may be applied to absorbent ingredients. Double rows of heat treated mixing paddles are easily adjusted to control intensity of dual mixing action, with counter-roataion of paddles provided by dual or encased gears, or seperate dual drives.

The Hayes & Stolz L-56 High Speed Blender is a highly efficient blender for dry blending and for the introduction of various liquids. Equipped with adjustable hardened paddles to allow for mixing intensity control. Excellent in de-agglomerating ingredients.
